Summary: I had an opportunity to stay at this lovely property for the month of January. From the moment I entered, I immediately felt like I was home. The house is spotless, comfortably and modernly furnished with all the amenities you need. The breathtaking view from the living space enables you to see the ocean and the majestic nightly sunset . A modern kitchen allows for the ease of cooking and entertaining. The master bedroom, with its comfortable king bed and lovely lines offers a restful nights sleep while away from your own bed at home. The second bedroom is perfect for children and /or guests, as there is a comfortable queen bed and the privacy of their own bathroom. The lower level bedroom space, also with a private bathroom/shower/tub has an entrance from the outside, perfect for showering prior to entering. Extremely pleasant, friendly and accommodating, the owners, who live across the street were always available, but respectful of my privacy. I always felt comfortable asking for anything I needed. There are clean beach towels, multiple beach chairs and an umbrella to use for the short 6 block walk to the beach. Take advantage of the beautiful California sunshine, ocean and strand to walk, run or bike. The house is an easy walk to downtown Manhattan Beach, where you find numerous boutiques, coffee shops and a diverse amount of restaurants. With the close proximity to the airport and the many Southern California places of interest nearby, it is certainly a perfect place as “your home away from home.” I look forward to returning there in the near future.
